Steve Fawver - Practice Manager
Brother to Dr. Teal, Steve recently joined the TCAH team from The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead where he spent the last ten years as Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President & Area General Manager. A proud Air Force brat and family man, Steve spent his childhood years in various parts of the globe until settling in San Francisco for fourteen years, working in the hospitality industry. Missing his family, he relocated to Atlanta where he held positions in BellSouth's Legal Department and then as Executive Administrative Assistant at the Grand Hotel (now Four Seasons) before moving onto The Ritz-Carlton. You can sometimes find him driving his Dad's red truck around the beautiful North Georgia countryside belting out bluesy rock-n-roll tunes at the top of his lungs, with Gabriel and Isaac in the passenger seat of course (Dr. Teal's Australian Shepherd and goofy adorable, mutt companion).

Sue Smith - Front Office Manager
Sue lives in Dawsonville, Georgia with her husband and 5 furry, four-legged "children". She has returned to Tri-County Animal Hospital after 9 long years away and says "it sure is good to be home again". Sue has lived all over the United States, from California to Connecticut, with a very short stay in England. Georgia has been her home for 29 years so this is definitely where she feels settled. Her hobbies include horseback riding, hiking, gardening and watching her neices grow up. She is a magician at heart, although she does not know it! Watch her juggle ten things at the same time at our front desk (she really runs the whole operation!)

Debbie Fawver - Facility Manager
Debbie spent her formative years traveling the world as an Air Force brat with her sister Dr. Teal and brother, Steve.  A graduate from the prestigious Presidio Monterrey language school in California, she continued to polish her training with the U.S. Army.  Settling in Stockton, California, Debbie then successfully operated a privately owned commercial cleaning service.  With the expansion of Tri-County Animal Hospital into an 8,383 square foot facility, Debbie was the perfect choice to serve as our facilities manager.  Relocated back to Georgia, Debbie now adds her positively quirky brand of caring, comfort and joy to not only to her family and our friends, but to our boarders and patients in a very special, and loving way!

Brandy Ralston - Kennel Manager
Brandy, commuting from Dawsonville, graciously decided to join our team as Kennel Manager with over six years of experience in the veterinary industry, and with an unmatched sense of understanding the needs of all four-legged companions.  A native of Dawson County, she is the loving wife of John and mother of two beautiful girls, Misty and Summer along with their two dogs, a Chihuahua named Tiny Tank and a mutt called Bandit.  Naturally fluent in the languages of Canine and Feline talk, she is a joy to watch as she effortlessly instills in our boarders and patients, a sense of well-being and comfort.
